Praises Gottheimer for “Lower Costs, Lower Taxes” Agenda
Gottheimer Building Broad Coalitions Across Jersey
HACKENSACK, NJ — Today, Congressman Josh Gottheimer announced that the American Hindu Coalition, a coalition representing Hindu, Buddhist, Sikh, and South-East Asian American communities, has endorsed his campaign for Governor.
“We view Josh Gottheimer, a champion for diversity and bipartisanship, as part of our extended South-East Asian American family,” said AHC President Harsh Sethi. “A significant turnout from the Hindu, Buddhist, Sikh, and other South-East Asian American communities will be key in securing Josh’s victory. We urge our communities to unite and vote in this critical election.”
“Josh Gottheimer has built a record rooted in affordability, unity, and common-sense solutions,” the AHCwrote in an endorsement letter sent to their members. “Gottheimer is a proven centrist and problem-solver, serving as co-chair of the bipartisan Problem Solvers Caucus in Congress. His leadership style reflects collaboration over division and results over rhetoric. As Governor, Josh Gottheimer will bring that same energy and commitment to making New Jersey more affordable, more inclusive, and more secure for all families. The American Hindu Coalition is to stand with him in this campaign and urges all South-East Asian American voters to make their voices heard.”

Gottheimer visited Sri Shiva Vishnu Temple on Saturday, a Hindu Temple in Edison, where he met with over a hundred congregants.
